Our typical planning and design format is comprised of

Planning and Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documents, and Construction Administration Services. This is a comprehensive approach that includes all services including initial project assessment through final inspection of the completed sign program.

 

A phased architectural format utilizes the same general principles as our typical planning and design format, but includes additional document submittals corresponding to specific percentage-of-completion benchmarks.
